Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 94 === This thesis are analyzing, designing, and building a copper U tube Coriolis mass flowmeter. First, we present the theory and the experimental design of the Coriolis mass flowmeter in the thesis, and Applying Finite Element Analysis and Experiment Modal Analysis to analyze the U shape copper tube’s modal analysis, and to find the Coriolis frequency for excitability. To measure the signal by optical fiber catoptrics displacement meter that is mounted at best place of the tube, after LabVIEW interface for digital filter and fast Fourier transform signal processing, we can measure the mass flow rate and signal analysis immediately. Through experiments, we find when the U tube Coriolis mass flowmeter was excited with 1st vibration mode the errors are between 1.0% and 1.5%, to excited with 1st vibration mode can improve accuracy. To prove the Labview interface of the design, it utilizes the digital filter and fast Fourier transform, really it can have got rid of interference. Enable us to look phase difference for very fast, confirm the relation with mass flow rate .
