Those data have to be related and analyzed before land information can be used. The traditional method treated those data with long hand, from efficiency point of view; it will not satisfy the public’s demand. Furthermore, the traditional method not only needs a lot of space to preserve those huge documents, but also will deteriorate those documents easily due to frequently uses.
Most of land maps has been digitized in government land department. One can link relative attributes to those maps with geography information system and can resolve the problems of traditional method. Besides, it will be more easily to upgrade or searching. Not only the time and space will be reduces significantly but also the efficiency will be improved.
