碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 94 === The mainly of this study is to establish a model for assemble to order production parttern with quality cost for supply chain management ,it could be the forecast actions before purchase materials, there are three angles lacking in observable and measurable quality costs now: 1. The invisible and unmeasurable quality costs reports is too less. 2. The hidden costs need a lot of mony so the quality costs will be undervaluation if don’t have consider the hidden costs. 3. Many managers don’t want to improve and to invest the hidden quality costs because of it is too hard to measure. To estimate the hidden quality costs is a very important action and the study use of assemble to order pattern conception and to divide the quality costs into the preventive costs, the inspective costs, the internal loss costs, the external loss costs and the hidden quality costs to explain respectively for this character. The purpose of study analyzes the effect upon the hidden quality costs factors on assemble to order production pattern for supply chain management with designs many kind of situation and distinguishes under what kind of strategy as the best choice plan. To considerat every production conditions to provide the best of deciding information and to measure the costs traded off each other and to suit the demand of business applications.
