The selection of suppliers and the determination of order quantities to be placed with those suppliers are important decisions in getting component. In past quantitative research Methods, to decide whether outsourcing or manufacturing ,then solve problem of purchases from suppliers account. In fact, outsourcing and manufacturing can exist in same time. The study to imagine manufacturing as a supplier include by traditional model of the selection of suppliers and the determination of order quantities, and modify model with characteristic of assemble to order production system. It contain single objective and multi-objective mathematical models. The single objective model with cost object is a mixed integer programming model, which considers the capacity constraints for suppliers, quality and lead time requirements for the parts. The multi-objective with cost, quality and out of stock objects adjusts the importance of three objects by weight dispensation. The model implementation verify the applicability of the research model, test decisions of provide materials and technologies in single objective model, and put weight dispensation to test in multi-objective mathematical model.
