Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 94 === In order for the electronics assembly industry to enhance product quality, lowering working difficulty on every assembly working station has become a trend, resulting in a huge number of employees on every assemble line doing simple, repetitive and boring tasks daily.
As far as we are concerned, it probably increases the opportunity for faults from the engineering angle. From the view of production balance, the task of decreasing the lead time for a shorter production schedule is extremely hard to achieve, for it probably needs numerous employees in which needs a long working period, while once timing has been delayed or changed in the assembly line, it would mean the loss of the whole labor production cost.
Hence, this research is mainly concentrating on the switching power supplies as example , and its working position is divided from original large production into several smaller assembly lines, under these circumstances, while not increasing the working difficulty or lowering quality standards, we proceeded in experimenting for one year and compared the results regarding production effect and product quality. The experiment result displays that the whole production effect of small production has increased 17~23%, while product quality has maintained.
