This research mainly focused on discussing the different holding positions of cordless power tooling for the horizontal, vertical and top, the three operating planes. Then it deliberated the performance of screws tightening average time, off screwing average time, the deviation, the declination percentage of grasp strength, and subjective criteria. This research gathered twelve undergraduate males who usually use right hand to be the objects. And the research discovered that different operating planes have significant effects on screw tightening time, off screwing time, declination percentage of grasp strength, and subjective criteria. And different handle positions have significant on effects screw tightening average time, off screwing average time and deviation. General speaking, the top operating plane for screw tightening average time, off screwing average time, declination percentage of grasp strength, and subjective criteria is worse than the other two planes. We found that the ache degree of the part of the hand between the thumb and the forefinger is the highest of all. At last, the screws tightening, off screwing with the holder position at 180° is not the best in the vertical plane. But the deviation is the less, the strength decline percentage of holding is the less, and the ache degree of the part of the hand between the thumb and the forefinger is the lowest. Therefore, this research suggests that to use the hand tool with the holder position at 180° for the vertical plane. It can be more strength saving, more accurate to lock in the target, and also can decrease the cumulative trauma disorders to the part of the hand between the thumb and the forefinger. Finally, we recommend a hand tool useing form to users, and users can select the best hand tool to work. Ho, Cheng-Pin 何正斌 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW |
