However, obtaining surface irrigation water is influenced by many factors, which contain uncertainty. This study considered the uncertainties of both surface supply water and the allocation ratio as grey variables. Data of surface supply water from 1978 to 2004 were collected from Aliao Irrigation District (AID), which is a water authority by Pingtung Agricultural Irrigation Association. Data from every 10-day period satisfied normal distribution in a 95% confidential interval as tested by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method. The demand and amount of groundwater required to support the lack of irrigation water supplied by surface water and allocation ratio in AID were analyzed. This study calculated the groundwater range using the grey lineal programming method. The result showed that the minimum groundwater pumping grey interval was within 31.71×106 to 36.59×106 m3 with the current allocation ratio. However, without considering the current allocation ratio, the minimum groundwater pumping grey interval was within 23.73×106 to 29.24×106 m3. In addition, the minimum groundwater pumping grey interval was within 24.18×106 to 30.01×106 m3 when analyzing considered both supplied surface water and allocation ratio as grey variables. When compared with the current allocation ratio, the annual groundwater saving was between 6.58×106 to 7.53×106 m3. Yi-Lung Yeh 葉一隆 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW
