Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 聽力學與語言治療研究所 === 94 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the scorer reliability of the subtests of Concise Chinese Aphasia Test. A small group of scorers participated in a training program in which a six-hour lecture was given and the scoring procedure was demonstrated. Later the scorers were given video clips to practice scoring for twice. Following each practice session, the ideal scores were given as feedback. The scoring performance before and after training was compared with the help of three indexes: deviation from the ideal score (DIS), scoring accuracy rate (SAR), and range hit rate (RHR). The results showed that DIS did not differ change as a result of training on all but three subtests; that is, it significantly decreased only on two subtests (Oral Narration and Reading Comprehension) but increased on one (i.e.,Oral Narration ). Similarly, significant changes in SAR only occurred with Object Matching and Reading Comprehension. Finally, only one subtest (Oral Narration) showed significant increase in RHR after the training. When the scorer reliability was measured in terms of the variance of scores given by the scorers, performance was better after than before the training.
