The elders perform well on learning adjustment, especially the learning attitude aspect; on the contrary, psychosomatic adjustment needs to be improved. 3. The elders have highly satisfaction on learning, especially the teaching aspect; on the other hand, poor satisfaction on administrative service. 4. The elders who are married, in common health, and have just enough money for life adapt better to learning. 5. The elders who are well educated, with high self-worth, and know how to learn have better satisfaction on administrative service. 6. The elders who are better educated have better performance on learning strategies, psychosomatic adjustment, learning adjustment and administrative satisfaction than those who are lower educated. 7.
