The research first focused on the reasons why they chose to be a teacher, later on how they came through the process of qualified, interned, got ready to take the select exams, and drew up their future career. The research tried to find out how their mood changed, and unveil these dream seekers’ job search experience, finally make the authorities solve and implement concerning policies. Qualitative methods of data collection and analysis were used. The findings from the interviews with these reserved teachers are reported as life stories to get closer to their life experience. By summarizing up and analyzing the materials, this research has drawn the following important conclusions: 1. Individual and environment affect reserved teachers’ career choice 2. The key of career choice of reserved teachers is supportive environment 3. Role modal and identification object affect reserved teachers’ experience of reserving 4. Reserved teachers clinch career obstacle by transforming their emotions 5. Reserved teachers seek future career between ideal and reality 6. Problems of reserved teachers are regarded as supply exceeds the demand According to the above conclusion, this research puts forward the following suggestions: 1. Suggestions to the reserved teachers: 2. Suggestions to the Teacher Education Center: 3. Suggestions to the Administration of Education: 4. Suggestions to the Department of Education The primary solution is to change the condition of industry, expand job creation, and raise the overwhelming wage.
