The study investigate (1)the optimal conditions of HPLC to simultaneous analyze 17 sulfonamides,(2)the optimal conditions of on-line MIP/SPE, including the sample injection volume, the time of desorption, and the concentration of the eluention solvent. By the optimal conditions, the linear range, consistency, and detection limit were studied by both of the two on-line methods. And the real honey samples were examined by the proposed methods. The optimal conditions of on-lined MIP/SPE extraction is injection volume 800 μl, the pH of the sample solution is 4.7, the MIP/SPE extraction column, the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min of gradient elution of formic acid aqueous solution/acetonitrile, the temperature is 28℃, and the detection wavelength set at 270 nm. The honey sample spiked with 17 sulfonamides were investigated by the optimal conditions of the MIP/SPE on-line methods.The recoveries were 76.01~115.07% ( except STZ、SMI、SDM ), the detection limit is 0.02 ppb. 楊慶成 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW |
