Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 95 === Ultrasonic wave is the medium movement that can't be heard by human. From the related literature, we knew that ultrasonic wave stimulating can promote the skeleton to grow. It changes the electric potential of the nerve fiber and improves the excitability of the nerve fiber. In this study, the 40 KHz ultrasonic wave was released in the open space. The purpose of this study was to identify the ultrasonic effects on the alpha wave of human brain in the open space. Basing on research necessity, the reascher was to design a set of brain wave examining system as experiment tool. The equipment of the brain wave examining for this study is based on LabView operation system, including pre-amplifier, systematic examining procedure of brain wave and the line of electrode. The strategy of experiment method applied in this study. This research was randomly assigned the volunteers into two groups: ultrasonic and no ultrasonic sets. The ultrasonic condition was the 40 KHz ultrasonic wave being released in the open space. By the statistical analysis of experiment data, the brain alpha wave did not change obviously in two treatment conditions. The analyzed data included frequency, amplitude and appearing times of the alpha wave band. The conclusion of this study is that the 40 KHz ultrasonic wave being released in open space does not influence the alpha wave band of brain wave.
