Laser printer has become cheaper and more popular in recent years.
Remanufacturing toner cartridge for laser printer not only provides environmental
protection but also saves the cost. Therefore, the remanufacturing industry has been
encountered an increase in sales volume.
Based on the models proposed by Zeithaml(1988)and Monroe and Grewal(1991),
this study tends to investigate the relationships between price, quality, value, satisfaction
and repurchase intention. This study used the field survey as research method.
Respondents were customers who have been used recycle toner cartridge from 3C malls
in the areas of Taipei and Kaohsiung. We used regression analysis for testing hypotheses.
The empirical findings were:
1. As hypothesized, perceived price had a positive effect on perceived quality.
However, the empirical result was opposite. This interesting finding may
suggest that customers have different perspectives of this recycle product.
2. The higher the perceived price, the lower perceived value for the recycle toner
cartridge.
V
3. The higher the perceived quality, the higher the perceived value for the recycle
toner cartridge.
4. The perceived price and the perceived quality not only influenced perceived
value but also influenced the customer satisfaction.
5. The repurchase intention was influenced by the perceived price, the perceived
quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction.
