The other is stressed the process of transmitting messages. In other words, this kind of communication successful or not depends on how much the receiver did understand the messages. From the viewpoint of culture, we will find out that “Intercultural communication” includes all kinds of interactions and contacts of people who come from different cultures. This thesis discusses the problems of interpretation in a translation. So all in the thesis we study the subject from the viewpoint of paraculture. The paraculture contains a culture belongs to the whole society. This Thesis are based on the theory “Translation is a kind of intercultural communication”. First of all, we will introduce the viewpoint about translation and intercultural communication from some scholars. Then, we will combine the contention of the translation and intercultural communication to support the point of “Translation is a kind of intercultural communication”. Translation is the produce of translation, thus we can ascertain the process and the problem of translation by result of translation. By the viewpoint of intercultural communication and receiver to view the translation, we will find out that the translation belongs to one-way communication from target-language culture and emphasizes the transmission of content of target-language text. Therefore, through the translation result we can evaluate how much the source-language culture into the target-language culture and also probe the barriers which were appear in the translation process and influence the receiver to understand the content. iii By the analysis of examples we can attain the conclusion that the translation problems are kind of problems within intercultural communication and solving the problem of translation solving the problem of intercultural communication. Because of many limitations we can not overcome all of translation problems during the translation process, but we still have to try our best and depend on different situation use the different but suitable translation methods and other supplementary strategies. Then we can gain suitable translation result and more closer the aim which communicates the source-language culture into the target-language culture.
