Domestic bankers adjust, to profit relatively heavy and it develop business mainly to regard earning charging and service charge of a servant as personal consumption financial field then, because the negociation price of customer of the general personal finance does not have high ability. No matter can all get the interests higher than that of enterprise''s customer from deposit, making loans or credit card, etc., make the personal finance become banking and make a profit to the better department, the strengthening industry person pays attention to and improves the marketing and taking rate of market of financial transaction of personal consumption even more too. Include on the financial range of personal consumption, such as purchasing house, house repairing, automobile loan, credit card circulation credit, other people''s consuming project of granting the loan etc., but the speech but from the amount of money amount of serving proportion and making loans, the traditional residential loan (including purchasing residential, repairing ) still takes the business largly, only in order to expand the profit, distinguish the difference, and the fund application of convenience, then then second-mortgage residential loan appears, this product is different in the general traditional residential loan, and can combine the line of credit, offer the more flexible and turnover short-term fund. Second-mortgage residential loan products appear for many years, only the product because market fund plentiful and under the horizontal competition in recent years with residential loan on market, because its difference packing of product and combining, except that can cater to market demand, can expand the original residential loan profit even more, and can increase the commission income of the bank . How can offer the fast, convenient service, it will be the key to could succeed in attracting the persons who disappearing ; As for to is it display quality is it can do a good job of risk is it manage to accuse of to depend on to make a profit bank. Effective understanding customer''s attribute, managing materials well, the risk with perfect construction accuses of being in charge of the mechanism, even press for staying the emergence of the consequence in order to try one''s best to reduce and exceed the situation of putting. This research adopts Logistic Regression in way of commenting to credit etc., want one to carry on the real example for the parameter to the risk after the loan of sample bank, and carry on every parameter and cross the analysis result and probe into, this result of study: Logistic Regression returns to the real example result: residual loan ratio, interest rate, sex, authorized loan personnel in common showing the relevant independent variable with pay the interest stagnatly, its correct predicting rate of whole is up to 84.0%.
