Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險所 === 94 === ABSTRACT By utilizing the fixed-effect module to analyze the panel data, the study reveals that a number of factors significantly affect the outcome of production achievement ratio. These include contest period, average FYP per unit, number of agents lapsed, number of units and production growth rate. On the other hand, factors such as number of new recruitments, average insured per unit and activity ratio are insignificant to production achievement of the agency office。The results of the study are summarized as below: Contest period is positively correlated to production achievement ratio; Average FYP per unit is positively correlated to production achievement ratio; Number of agents lapsed is positively correlated to production achievement ratio; Number of units is positively correlated to production achievement ratio; Production growth is positively correlated to production achievement ratio.
