Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險所 === 94 === ABSTRACT The focus of this study is to analysis risk factors that affect the pilot-error incidents in the years 1972-2005. In order to control for pilot’s age, whether or not a civil transportation aircraft, time of flight, pilot’s total flying hours, pilot’s flying hours in the last 1 month, aircraft’s age and whether or not a major airline employer simultaneously, this research introduce a model of pilot-error incidents using logistic regression. The results indicate that these variables included in the model, the youth pilot (CM-1), total flying hours longer of pilot (CM-1), old aircraft and non-major airlines employer were significantly different. These results also provide that pilot’s age (CM-1) and whether or not a major airline employer associates positively with pilot-error incidents; pilot’s total flying hours (CM-1) and aircraft’s age associates negatively with pilot-error incidents. However, time of flight, whether or not a civil transportation aircraft, pilot’s flying hours in the last 1 month, pilot’s age (CM-2), pilot’s total flying hours (CM-2), associates unsignificantly with pilot-error incidents.
