Some aspects in processes of sinking and raising can not be controlled satisfactorily; for example, the speed of sinking and raising , too large of the decline angel, sinking unable to be operated remotively ,and excessive manpower and a huge air compressor should be used etc. This studies focus on all these problems. Two types of improved rubber air tire cage collars are designed:“ circular rubber air tire cage collar ” and “ indepent tube frame with rubber air bag inside ”. Both the cage collar and the tube frame hanged with the same net bags. Research was carried out in a 2m×2m×1m water tank. Different wave frequencies and wave heights were created to test the above mentioned problems. The results show that there is no significant relationship between the of sinking and raising of two types of cage with wave frequencies.A positive correlation between the speed of sinking and raising of two types of cage and amount of air pumped in or pushed out was exist. Both decline angels of sinking or raising of “ The independent tube frame cage ”. Are smaller than “ The circular rubber air tire collar cage ” .Both types of designed cage frame can be sunk through remote control and without any difference with the normal way. And through the modified operation process shows that both types of designed cage can be sinking and raising by just one operator.
