MICE is a driving industry to not only the economic advantage, but also the region competitive advantage, so it is crucial to develop the human resource system, especially focused on competence. The purpose of this empirical study is to explore of the factors of professional competence for MICE organizer and tested the relationship around variables of professional competence、personality and work performance. The study sample size targets on conference and exhibition organizers, and studied both of quality and quantity methods. There are 65 effective reports. After the statistic analysis, findings are including as below:1.The professional competence of MICE organizer can divided into six factors:(1)self-effectiveness、(2)achievement motivation、(3)customer-orientation、(4)professional knowledge、(5)professional attitude and (6)positive action.2.The variables of professional competence、personality and work performance have significance with partial demographic variables.3.personality have middle correlations with work performance. 4. professional competence have no significant with work performance tested through the linear structure relationship model.
