This research probe into the effect of meditation on the young people’s body and mind, to understand the meditation it is necessary to probe into the advantages of training. A Study on the Effect of Meditation on Body and Mind for Young People_Base on Meditation Method of Dhammakaya Temple in Thailand.     The method is based on Qualitative character and Quantitative assist to proceed the research.     This research work have collected the method of Qualitative character includes interview, audio recordings and document collection are the three different ways of the information.     Through the interview on the subject one is able to understand interview point and views, audio/ recordings and the collection of text documents then helps in the understanding his contents. And the data measurement material includes questionnaire investigation 「Thai of General Health Questionnaire」,「Personal Basic Data Investigation Table」, to examine body test.     Fill out data before going for meditation, after one month recall the gain in the measuring table, and using machine examine body, blood pressure, heart rate, after collecting all, count the score, make a file, and proceed to get average value, get the total score, in order to get the body result of before and sitting meditation continue following, the state of mind which changes immediately and gradually.     The object of study is 18-20 years old Thai young people. To select 30 such  young people and accept them for one month meditation training. For the first time in meditation, for two weeks, one month, the filled materials questionnaire, test the physical examination. 8 people were invited for deep interview, the result came as follows:   1. Those who accepted the motive and will of the meditation they have confidence in the result of meditation and training.   2. Differences are observed among those young people before and latter after meditation.   3. Meditation for the young people’s physiology upward changes has good effects.   4. Meditation for young people are able to improve their psychological quality、their mood was more better than before, possess more moral feeling, better logical understanding and also knowing how to make allowances for others, good changes in human relation, mind attained the optimistic satisfaction and they also claimed that the meditation opened up their creativity power which was very obvious changes.   5. In respect of body, mind and behaviors of the young people’s meditation brought positive changes in them.     This study verifies that the response of meditation in young people’s mind, body and behaviors have provided positive responding power efficiency.     This also state that, one can impel government''s social welfare organization to make co-related curriculum、in order to know young people changes in body, mind and behavior. Assists the young people to be capable of the self-contemplation, the forward transformed body and mind and the behavior, and even let the habits and customs which each person fosters since childhood sits in meditation every day.     And to provide all ideas about meditation to every body that meditation is very important aspect of our living which we should not lack it, because as our body can not lack food every day so our mind also should not lack tranquility.
