Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this research is to explore the policemen''s recognition and present situation about duty supervision of police agency in Taiwan Province, to understand the influence and relativity of duty supervision, emotional ability on working morale and job performance, to give decisive stratum of police agency some information in order to direct policemen''s planning of duty supervision and direction of work enforcement and then to encourage policemen''s working morale and to enhance job performance effectively.
This research adopted the methodology of questionnaire and took the policemen of police station in Taiwan Province as research objects. It had adopted SPSS statistic software to analyze information. The methods which we used consists of descriptive statistic analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, subsequent inspection, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. After experimented, we concluded:(1)There is significantly different recognition among the realization of duty supervision , emotional ability , working morale and job performance from part of the policemen with different personal characteristics.(2)There are significant relations among duty supervision , emotional ability , working morale and job performance.(3)Duty supervision has significant influence on emotional ability and working morale; emotional ability has significant influence on working morale and job performance; working morale has significant influence on job performance; and duty supervision can positively influence job performance by means of emotional ability and working morale.
