It tells the tale of a girl who doesn’t feel nourished by her family, and leaves home – legally – to receive higher education. After becoming a teacher, she felt better and better about herself and began post-graduate studies. However, she also started feeling guilty about leaving her family behind. Using the tools of “self-narrative” and spirit healing work as two wings, I have begun to understand more clearly the context of my own life. “Self-narrative” helped me to begin interacting with my family again. Family Constellation work helps me to begin accepting my parents again. It helps me loosen my original idea which had bound me and lets the blocked energy flow again. Then I am able to return again to the love of my family. My heart is gradually able to go home, also acknowledging my independence from my family as an adult. On my journey of seeking self-healing, I encountered the pressure and difficulty adjusting to my academic program of psychological consulting, and the pressure of writing scientific papers. These pressures got me involved in the spirit healing work beyond academic learning. This resulted in me giving up my original idea for having my thesis appeal to others, and moved me towards the journey of self-searching – oriented in the direction of “narrative studying.” Through spirit healing work and meditation, I received endless love from the universe, and gradually found inner love and light. Through “self-narrative” and inner searching, I have the opportunity to be introspective and look back on myself, and the old framework can be removed. Therefore, I can see and know myself more clearly, and my life has more and more into silence, happiness and richness. Through the love and support of the universe, I have learnt to love myself. Now I will apply all the concepts and methods I have learned about helping people when I teach. I hope to radiate the light and love in my heart. In my life I realized life that is a process of discovery – and even more so creativity. When I find darkness or pain in life, I can make the conscious decision to create a blueprint which makes me happier. No matter how deeply rooted some old patterns are, and how strong the negative thoughts are, as long as I decide for myself and trust myself with confidence, then the miracle and blessing of the universe comes.
