Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 國防決策科學研究所 === 94 === Project Advancement (PA) is a new theory for multi-project resource allocation. This paper proposes two artillery fire allocation models under adapting Type I mixed advancement strategy (Type I MAS) defined in theory of PA. They are respectively maximum achievement (MA) model and minimum value loss (MVL) model. In order to solve the models, we develop a genetic algorithm (GA) based on spreadsheet method. We design and simulate seven sets of test problems to evaluate the advantages of the proposed GA. There are totally 105 test problems in the sets. After experiments, we show that the proposed GA has the high performance on its validity and reliability.
