The purpose of this study is trying to construct a crisis detection model of Taiwan security. The research tries to use the Objective hierarchy structure law of the goal to build and construct the safe crisis of national defense to detect the way of examining, carry on the discussion on domestic and international relevant documents, sum up, have such 4 items as intention, military ability, fragility and safe environment of area, etc. to detect the indicator of examining to analyze the crisis, every form indicator via touching off, promoting and quantity made under the structure factor, obtain indicator, number value, weight of factor and form of quantity through expert questionnaire, ask for crisis is it examine index is it combine early warning light No. to come to detect. The result of study find that detects and examines the indicator weight to regard intention (0.33 ) as highest, researcher is it analyze in accordance with way Taiwan Straits present situation crisis their is it examine total average index 5.13 to detect to grind, its early warning light of number is a yollow light, show one degree of crises in leaning towards slightly of the cross-Straits relations. The researcher thinks and handles proposing for ' strengthen warning continuously ', crisis is it examine index can assess degree that threaten its effectively, is it happen national defense safe crisis clue of characteristic to put in order to detect, and in order to is it know to message of situation rising to offer the decision department, seek because of in conformity with the countermeasure, detect and examine the important reference assessed as two sides' crisis, and then safeguard the national defense to develop safely continuously forever.
