Ignoring social interaction and lacking contextual comparison may cause confusing antecedents and incomplete interpretations of JS. In this article we highlight JS on civil service (N=147) in Ministry of National Defense through a systematized framework of antecedents. In this framework, we integrated variables at three levels: organization, social interaction, and individual. Interviews, survey, and statistics were applied. The results demonstrate social interaction level reach a crucial R Square value(.673) and variables(Leadership, decision-making participation , cohesion, interpersonal relations, and mentor) within social interaction level are significantly positive correlative to JS (r=.59-.72, P<.05). Additionally, the results also show statistically significant effects of leadership, decision-making participation, and interpersonal relations (β=.179-.362, p<.05). The findings fill in a gap in the current job satisfaction researches. The work-related variable and justice variable are still major influential antecedents. We discuss demographics differences and present implications of the findings and suggestions for future research. 李滿營 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
