For the user who is fond of internet activity, it brings serious harm. Phishing is one of the internet criminal behavior. Though the fabricated email subject and content to steal information and do illegal act. These behavior are seriously become threat to the information safety. Army is also able to develop Military-Net. It not only separate from internet, but also keep the convenience for user. If hacker or enemy infiltrates to use Phishing to obtain the account and password in Mi-Net, it will cause serious consequence. Therefore, to provide a secure environment and precaution of Mi-net criminal in advance the research takes the Mi-net as an example to provide a simplified internet with the basis of Blind Signature and under SSL transport protocol. Based on ElGamal Digital Signature, we setup the impartial third party architecture to provide army with a more secure environment.
