Since Taiwan government decreased the market protection, “sugar manufacturing” had lose its economical effective ness for aiwan Sugar Company(TSC). Developing :high value products and :diversification strategy: becomw foundation for improving TSC’s ability to adapt difficult market environment, and face to international competitors.
The purpose of this study is to discuss the development of TSC in floral industry under stress of organizational change.It eas dome by using words by questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and SWOT analysis,and evaluate operational situation and vision of WU-SHU-LIN florai farm, and identify operational strategy of TSC, to offer suggestions for TSC in marketing and profit-improving strategy.
