To reach the goal, the researcher has developed a self-designed questionnaire as a tool to evaluate the attitudes of teachers toward the Implementation of parent education program in school. By adopting the way of random sampling, 545 teachers in Chiayi and Tainan were selected as samples. All the data collected from answering the questionnaire was analyzed by the statistics approach, mean, percentage, t-test, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. According to the study, we can explain the consequences on each understanding said above: 1) The attitude of teachers in senior high school and vocational high school towards the implementation of parent education program in school shows positive and highly accepted in intellect, but comparatively their participation is not enough. 2) According to the analysis of the attitude difference on implementing parent education program in school caused by the variances of teachers’ background, the attitude of teachers in senior high school and vocational high school towards the implementation of parent education program in school will be influenced by the variances of gender, the related curriculum they have accepted before their teaching career, position they are on, and the in-service training. 3) Regarding how the implementation of parent education program in school will be, we found 3 related factors, family, school administration and characters of teacher self, will influence the implementation. The first is family factor and the second school administration, and then the least characters of teacher self. 4) It doesn’t show any obvious difference on the implementation of parent education program in school from the variances of teachers’ background. 5) Among the 5 variances of teacher’s background and the 3 related factors, I found the variances of gender, the related curriculum they have accepted before their teaching career, position they are on and the in-service training, and the related factors of family and school administration show their predictive efficacy on the attitudes towards the implementation of parent education program in school. 林淑玲 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 126 zh-TW |
