Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 94 === The purposes of this study are (1) to discuss the present situation and the influence factors of professional functions of the Integrative Activities Compulsory Education Advisory Group, and (2) to explore the difficulties which the group has.
This qualitative study is based on the way of observation, interview, and document-analysis. The samples are members of the Integrative Activities Compulsory Education Advisory Group, and the administrational managers and teachers in elementary and middle schools in a southern county.
The conclusions of this study are drawn as followings:
1. The effects of regular district studies are remarkable, while the non-periodical empowerment studies are uncertain.
2. Visiting in school is received, but the communication between the teachers and members needs to be improved.
3. The sharing of teaching material resources receives most favors, and network platform is the important pipeline for information transmission.
4. The publication of work achievement presents, however the teaching research is weaker than the fore three functions.
5. There are some influence factors of professional functions, including the support from the educational authority and schools, and the professional improvement of members.
6. There are some difficulties of advanced studies. It is difficult to decide the time of these studies, and the integrative activities advanced studies and participators are both few.
7. There are some difficulties of visiting in school. The teaching environment is abnormal, the schools don’t welcome, and there is no tracing system.
8. There are some difficulties of development of teaching materials. The teaching materials don't fit the need, the manpower is not enough, and the sharing of teaching materials is insufficient.
9. There are some difficulties of teaching research. The cognition in integrative activities is not comprehensive, the research abilities are insufficient, and the members are part-timers.
Based on the above conclusions, the study provides some suggestions to the educational authorities, Integrative Activities Compulsory Education Advisory Group, the school administrators and teachers, and future researches.
