Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data, the findings are as follows: 1. Induction tutors need to have voluntary, ability to work together with colleagues, attending classes about classroom observations, professional ability, and 6~8 years service seniority. 2. Women novice teachers incline to choose the same sex induction tutors. 3. Induction tutors should be 6~10 years older than novice teachers. 4. Building the network of teaching and class managing for novice teachers and being observed by induction tutors are the most helpful induction activities. 5. Novice teachers should have an assessment each term. 6. Group members of the assessment should include the colleague in the school , induction tutors and the headteachers. 7. Induction tutors can be reduced 5~6 classes of giving lessons originally, or offered the job subsidy of 1501~2500 N.T. of every month. 8. The government should revise decree to give the law sources basis and building the induction network for novice teachers.
