Here, divide the research into two parts, employing qualitative analysis procedure to analyze, reorganize, and conclude the data. The main conclusions were as follows: 1. The stage of my growth: (1) the significance and value of my growth- the positive and optimistic attitude toward life; (2) the frustration and growth of my marriage- to discover myself again from jobs. (3) the endless love from my parents- to enhance my growing power; (4) the enlightenment and application of my studying experience- the interaction of teaching and learning; (5) the guidance and appreciation of important people in my life- chances from continuous effort. 2.
