It is hoped that the result of the study can serve as worth-noticing information to the authorities concerned. This study was carried out with survey method. In total, 294 questionnaires were sent, and 255 valid responses were received. The return rate was 91%. SPSS 10.0 was utilized to conduct descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, PEARSON correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Findings of this research are as follows. 1. The Consulting Group’s school service of the Integrative Activities Subject can fit 75% of the elementary school teachers’ learning motivation in Changhua County. 2. 84% of the elementary school teachers were satisfied with the Consulting Group’s school service of the Integrative Activities Subject in Changhua County. 3. In Changhua County, there were significant differences in the elementary school teachers’ learning motivation for the Consulting Group’s school service of the Integrative Activities Subject between different age groups of teachers. 4. In Changhua County, there were significant differences in the teaching environment of the Consulting Group’s school service of the Integrative Activities Subject between different working year groups of elementary school teachers. 5. The higher learning motivation the elementary school teachers in Changhua County had, the higher satisfaction degree they perceived in their learning. 6. Learning desire had the strongest predictive power for learner satisfaction, curriculum content, consulter’s instruction, and teaching environment.
