The author would like to begin with the analysis on the fundamental theories of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational effectiveness, and the related topics of studies. Secondly the author would like to move on to the understanding of transformational leadership, the organizational citizenship behavior, the current state of organizational effectiveness, and the differences amongst them. Furthermore the author would like to discuss the impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness, and the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness. Finally, generalizing the results from discussions on academic literatures and the investigation researches, concrete suggestions will be made as references for actual practice and for future studies. With questionnaires as the surveying method the subjects of the study are homeroom teachers in the southern branch of the YuDa Education Origination Co., Ltd. In total 66 questionnaires were issued and collected from 66 testers so the return rate of the questionnaires is 100%. With the packaged statistics software SPSS, frequency distribution, percentage, mean value, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis were the statistical methods used in the processing and analysis of the data and based on the research findings the following conclusions are made: 1.The homeroom teachers are able to relate to transformational leadership. Different views are however found from the staffs of different gender, age, and seniority. 2.The majority of the homeroom teachers are capable of organizational citizenship behavior. However the organizational citizenship behaviors differ for staffs of different gender and seniority. 3.The homeroom teachers performed well in the organizational effectiveness. However differences in the performance of organizational effectiveness were found in the staffs of different gender, marital status, age and seniority. 4.It was found that transformational leadership strongly dictates organizational citizenship behavior, and that it was the individual attention that effectively makes a forecast on the organizational citizenship behavior. 5.It was found that transformational leadership significantly dictates organizational effectiveness, and that it was the individual attention which can effectively makes a forecast on the organizational effectiveness. 6.Organizational effectiveness can be accurately forecast by organizational citizenship behavior and that organizational effectiveness is effectively predicted by identifying oneself to the organization and assisting the colleagues. Finally based on the conclusions of the above studies concrete suggestions are made in order to serve as references for supplementary education industry and for follow-up researchers.
