The research adopted the investigation method of the questionnaire and accorded to relevant document analysis and edited “Taipei Municipal Junior High School administration computerized promotion consciousness and school efficiency” as research tool. The researcher collect samples by way of judgemental sampling, the sampling result is to retrieve 912 pieces of effective questionnaires, it has 78.6% of all questionnaires. Data was analyzed by using descriptive static procedures, including:Means、Percentage、Standard Deviation、T-test、pearson`s product-moment correlation、one-way ANOVA、Scheffè method, and the major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The administration computerized promotion and school effectiveness showed higher middle level cognition, most of them has high cognition to school administration computerized promotion, among of them, the aspect of “information technology consciousness” is the highest. Most of them are aware of school effectiveness. Among of them, the highest awareness level is “teacher instruction quality”. 2. The variation of different individual background of Taipei Municipal Junior High School teacher has varied awareness of school administration computerized promotion. That is different sex, position, working experience and computer background has obvious different awareness. 3. The variation of different individual background of Taipei Municipal Junior High School teacher reflects obvious different awareness of school efficiency. That is position, working experience; computer background and school scale has obvious different awareness. 4. The school administration computerized promotion and school effectiveness has positive connection. At last, this research is based on the above research conclusion to propose practical and concrete suggestions as reference to education administration organization and junior high school and future research direction.
