Banks compete in the market for wealth management market to get a share of the lucrative management fees. Financial consultants play a crucial role in this field. They need to provide satisfactory service in wealth management to their customers, as well as to achieve the profit targets set by the banks Through a survey of financial consultants’ performance appraisal standards, this study tries to find out the reasons why financial consultants fall into the ethical dilemma where they often find it hard to balance business targets and customer benefits. Then we will continue to discuss how financial consultants should advise their customers while they are facing such pressure. The findings of this study hopefully can serve as a practical reference to banks in their policy in this field. none Tzu-Kuan Chiu none 何中達 邱慈觀 周冠男 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 41 zh-TW
