In 2003 Marketing its lubrications with brand of Mechema formally. Successfully developed own technology & formulations of MWF. Due to more & more manufacturers move its production base to outside of country. Taiwan MWF makers has been forced to be international & professional supplier that also face many other competitors worldwide to compete in the same field. The primary purpose of this research is to understand the present stage of current domestic Metalworking surrounding & its development situation. Moreover, this research will focus on the competitive strategies that Taiwan should have to strengthen the dominant position in the world. Recommendations and suggestions will be stated in the conclusion for the future reference of Taiwan MWF industries and official authorities. The first part of this research is to study the relevant literatures of the field as the theoretical basis of the thesis. Secondly, collect the analyze the information about domestic MWF manufacturing capacity the structure changing of MWF industries & new approach of MWF industries. After that this research is base on exploring of case study & goes through competition analysis to find out the strength、weakness、opportunity and threat to Taiwan’s MWF industry. This research reveals that Taiwan’s MWF industry should emphasize on three major competition strategies – technology improvement、cost minimization and service enhancement.
