An Analysis of Criteria for Strategic Alliance is the main study, then it research and answer the following questions: 1.What criteria of strategic alliance do the airline industry consider before they will process strategic alliance? 2.When airline industry will process the same industry strategic alliance whether they have their own criteria. If there are their own criteria, what is these criteria? 3.When airline industry will process the different industry strategic alliance whether they have their own criteria. If there are their own criteria, what is these criteria? 4.What procedure the airline industry depends when they will process the same or different strategic alliance? Whether their own produce is different from the produce of research? Through the design of research structure, reference review, data collection, interview with specialist and questionnaire, we get some results. If someone wants to continue relative study, the results can provide some basic reference or reinforce effects of strategic alliance. The research’s results are following: 1.Business criteria for strategic alliance of the same industry: finance condition of organization, brand, location and market. 2.Business criteria for strategic alliance of the different industry: finance condition of organization, brand, location and market. 3.Institutional criteria for strategic alliance of the same industry: organization’s culture, before/now member of cooperation or cooperation’s characteristics. 4.Institutional criteria for strategic alliance of the different industry:organization’s culture, before/now member of cooperation or cooperation’s characteristics, comments of external media.
