While 800 participants selected by purposive sampling; 611 effective questionnaires were collected, reaching to the rate of 76.4%. After processing the data with descriptive statistics, item analysis, explanatory factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe-test, canonical correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis, several conclusions were made as the following:(1)Road running participants with different demographic variables display significant variance in their enduring involvement, leisure benefits and well-being.(2) There exists a correlation between enduring involvement and leisure benefits. Two of the canonical correlation coefficients are significant.(3)Both enduring involvement and leisure benefits can predict well-being. Among the five variables of enduring involvement and leisure benefits, social benefits renders the best prediction. The explanations of the findings were offered, and the applications of the study were discussed. Finally, some suggestions for future studies were provided.
