There were ten elite athletes (four Olympic players, six professional players) involved to this study. According to the experience while athletes getting interview, this study attended to analyze the process that athletes contact and get interview with media, the answer that athletes gave to media, and the channel of media education. Hope the result of this study could be applied to the communication and media education of athletes. The process of the interview indicated that athletes mainly faced to the print media about the, competition, career, personal, specific topic (especially about the competition) in the training or racing court. The interview usually set before or after competition with three to five minutes. The most clothes that athletes wore in the interview are their uniform. About the skill to communicate to media, elite athletes presented some rules that included: prepare and practice before the interview, answer honestly, using the imploring opportunity, satisfying the request of the media report, understanding the right of facing the media, noticing the polite during the interview, rejecting to answer the questions about other people, controlling the negative emotion, presenting humorously but not funny, and preparing the different skills to communicate to different kinds of media. Besides, the way of media education indicated that although elite athletes seldom have chance to get media education, they all think that athletes should get media education.
