Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 教練研究所 === 94 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to kinetically and kinematically analyze hand snatch and jerk of elite male weightlifters in Taiwan. Because the techniques of the two prescribed lifts, namely the hand snatch and clean and jerk, are crucial for weightlifters in competitions. Hence, kinetically and kinematically analyze the technical components of the hand snatch and jerk will be helpful to the athletes, and consequently increase the possibilities of winning. By using high speed camera and force plate to collect data from 5 elite weightlifters and compared hand snatch and jerk, this study found the following results: (a) Comparing the angles of ankle, knee and hip in three different weights, weightlifters performed significant angle’s differences in snatch than jerk. A weightlifter had better ankle’ angle while performing lifting, because failed to prepare appropriate angles would cause gravity imbalance so to disable to connect lifting movement and cause failure. (b) Comparing the angles of ankle, knee and hip in three different weights, the angle velocity of snatch is faster than jerk. In initiation of lifting, five weightlifters performed well but angle velocity found to be slow down cause inefficient in follow-up movement. So, it was found if initial movement match follow-up angle velocity will cause better power and performance. (c) It was found reflection force will became stable when weights were increase and a positive correlation was found between weights and reflection force. In successful trials, the reflection power to the ground was about 2.35 to 5.10 times of original force. (d) The vertical transfer of gravity of bell was found higher in jerk rather than snatch about 4.51 cm to 7.82 cm. In general, five weightlifters performed well in this aspect. (e) The horizontal transfer of gravity of bell was found higher in jerk rather than snatch about 11.93 cm to 28.76 cm. In general, five weightlifters performed well in this aspect but there is a little difference between five weightlifters about 2 cm to 16 cm. (f) In general, vertical velocity in snatch is faster than jerk. It was found five weightlifters performed well in this aspect. (g) It was found five weightlifters’ vertical velocity of gravity in snatch is faster than jerk about 0.65 cm to 0.95 cm. (h) By two-way ANOVE statistical analysis this study found there is a significant difference between “methods X weights” and main effects in methods. So there is an interaction between weight lifting methods and weights in snatch and jerk with three different weights.
