Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 社會政策與社會工作學系 === 94 === Several scholars and experts such is Prof. L. Y Song and GY Shih have applied the strength management model developed in the American psychotherapeutic field to the domain of family violence prevention, help the victims to get over their selves and adapt themselves to the community. The strength management puts emphasis on the human’s self-motivation in learning, growing and changing, focuses on the clients’ strengths instead of their pathological status quo, and highlights the whole-human, holistic and positive perspectives. As long as the staff pass the hope on, it can inspire clients to have a faith and then take action. The researcher tries to apply the strength model of case management to the public employment services. With the combination of the theory and the practice, the researcher tries to pay the belief and hope of the strengths model forward through love and action. Through the promotion and evaluation of the strengths model of case management, the researcher presents the experience and the feedbacks from the interactions among the researcher, her colleagues, the institution, and the clients. By means of the academic research and methodology, the researcher, with systematical organization .and reflection, hopes the result of this research can be taken as a reference to the employment service. This thesis purports the exercising process of the exploration and application of the strengths model of case management to the employment service and the evaluation of its outcomes.
