The researcher looks forward to deeply understanding the service learning experience of the Tzu Chi community volunteers, the findings of the research are stated as follows:
1. Because of their identification with the concept of Tzu Chi, the volunteers participate in the service of character education program of Young-Guang Primary School.

According to the conclusions above-mentioned, this research offers some suggestions.
First, the Tzu Chi community volunteers can encourage the community parents to enter the campus and participate in service programs through various kinds of activities, such us the activity of school anniversary, the parents-teaching association and so on. The school can run more relevant education lectures for parents, and offer the public lessons to increase the upbringing ability of the community people. The school can run coaching knowledge seminar to improve the volunteers’ coaching skills. In the aspect of research participants, I suggest that researchers can look for the different groups of Tzu Chi Community Volunteers to be the research participants, such us the Tzu Cheng Volunteer Team, and compare the different experience and the change happening among the research participants. As for future studies, besides expanding research ranges and areas, researchers can also make a comparison and contrast between the service learning of the Tzu Chi community volunteers in different areas, and moreover find the way to understand the service learning experience more deeply.
