| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 公共行政與政策學系 === 94 === This thesis aims at analysis the process of reconstruction of Dong Puruei River and the interaction with the local community after the tremendous destroy by the Tao Chi typhoon. This reconstruction not only civil engineering, but also employ the ecotechnology and the communual mangement to build the local community. Thus one of the essential elements in this reconstruction is the participation of the inhabitants. To intrview the inhabitants, local community groups, consultants, civil engineering and governments is the main work in this research. According to the above opus , we analysis that reconstruction from the perspectives of communication, communual education, indutries, leisure and sustaiable management. Lastly, after the discoveries, we pose some suggestions to be the policy of reconstruction to the Governent.
