Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 94 === The purpose of this study was to survey situation of Interior Design Industry, and to analysis the relationship and influence between management system and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the study at probing analysis the connotation with attribute variable from customers. Literature review and Questionnaire survey were employed in this study. The subjects included 765 customers of Interior Design Industry. The SPSS statistics software is used to conduct a statistical analysis on obtained from these questionnaires. This study contributed to (a) understanding the connotation of paternalistic leadership and organizational climate of school in elementary school; (b) probing the relationship of paternalistic leadership and organizational climate of school; (c) establishing the influence factors of paternalistic leadership and organizational climate of school; (d) making the suggestion to elementary school principals about leading strategies. The main findings were as follows: 1、 The pre-testing results were not satisfactory as evidenced by the low scores on the evaluation questionnaire. In a five-point scale, the mean scores from 3.07 to 3.58. 2、There were positive between management system and customer satisfaction. 3、 There was not any high level of significance with management system and customer satisfaction from attribute variable of customers. Some concrete suggestions for further employment of Interior Design managers, customers and researchers were proposed at the end of this study.
