Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 94 === Research shows an empirical study on the long-term care heath center:Jin-shen hospital. The study concerns about the investment and order planning mechanism. It hopes that we could find the optimization approach to investment and order planning under the hardware before. Through the study we could know the factors and styles of logistic management in the long-term care health center. The study hopes to build a investment and order management mechanism. It improves the logistic management between suppliers and centers by simulation. It will get the performance that has lowest cost under improving strategy. About the quality research, the study has a field study for the center:Jin-shen hospital about the related history data on the demand and supply. First on the demand, it gets all product items’demands per month by interview to be the history data. On the supply, the study leads the improve strategy in the simulation about investment and order mechanism. We use the Microsoft Excel and C++ to build a simulated machine. The quantity research was divided in two parts. Phase 1 gets the safety investment ratios about all product items and we’ll lead the ratios in the phase 2. The study hypothesizes lots discount conditions about all product items. It includes 24 kinds of model1 to model24. After 24 months simulation, we got the order probabilities and cost about all models. Overall, the study could get the lowest cost and order probabilities under all kinds of models, and we could cost down all product items’ investment and order.
