Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系碩博士班 === 94 === In this thesis, a three-level phase-shifted zero-voltage-switching power converter is studied and implemented. The voltage across the switches is half of the input voltage. Thus, the problem of choosing switches at high power applications is improved. The converter uses the well-known phase-shift control to achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS), and it reduces the switching loss. The detailed operational principle and analysis of the three-level phase-shifted zero-voltage switching power converter are described in this thesis. In addition, the process of designing components in this converter is discussed. Finally, this thesis performs a three-level phase-shifted zero-voltage-switching power converter with 400VDC input voltage and 48VDC/20A output. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the converter is 86.4% at the full-load condition and the maximum efficiency is 90.0%.
