Our country continues the pressure reclaiming that this world trend claimed to abolish the container, abolish car, motorcycle, abolish the electrical home s and abolish the computer appliances production. And to LCD industry of our country, because beyond sell to main fact, environmental protection regulation on not so must should of various countries, on the other hand, because producer responsibility pay attention to, products appeared to sell certainly will responsible for responsibility of the end such as life of product, but it is different to be domestic , deal with the cost that the products recycling outside, also different for dealing with the operation sequence that the products recycling, will often influence cost and income that the products will be recycling , and then influence recycling strategies of product On the practice, the products of the manufacturer recycling strategies and often stand in the foothold where economy maximizes, after disassembling and retrieving having a part which recycling benefit most in the part of the products, the part is piled up in the way that some other parts are abandoned , kept in at will often, deal with follow-up its movement outside wrap up , way this have economic benefits, have forgotten too that the products of its enterprise continue responsibility forever. So the one that will develop a set of LCD type products and recycling in this research will ask the heuristic method, find out the best recovery strategies of the LCD type products, the decision method of the goal by melting rightestly finally, under pursuing the economic benefits and maximizing and striking the goal minimized with the environment, to reach the result given consideration to in the economic benefits and environmental protection. The result of study will find the best recycling strategies of LCD monitor in order to relatively have LCD panel which will recycling benefit that will disassemble and recycling, other parts all enter and crush the procedure of retrieving, is in conformity with actual conditions; And best recycling for wait for part disassemble after retrieving strategies LCD panel and PCB of LCD TV, other parts enter and crush the procedure of retrieving.
