碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 國際企業研究所碩博士班 === 94 === Abstract 　As Taiwan’s enterprises stepped in the platform of the world, the competitive scope of these enterprises has been transformed from local scope to global scope. Meanwhile, unit of competitiveness has been transferred from single enterprise to an integrated up-and-down chain of enterprises. Managing this chain has became more important rather than single enterprise. To do supply chain management, enterprise has to build up and enhance information technology. Through information technology, enterprise let each departs connect with each other and develop shared database that employees can storage and interpret data. Outside the enterprise, enterprise can plan, integrate and incorporate activity of other members in the same supply chain. Furthermore, the use of information technology can create more value and make sure the existence and prosperity of the enterprise itself. Otherwise, enterprise must select qualified up-and-down chain partners to incorporate into an integrated utility. Then supply chain management can be truly useful and performance contributed. 　As mentioned above, the important of supply chain management is crucial. In the past, many scholars focused on the information technology in the supply chain management and the relationship between partnership and supply chain management. But, research of incorporation of information technology and partnership were rare. And the information technology in the supply chain management was discussed more technically and less managerially. And what do information technology influence partners? Based on past literatures, this study would discuss managerially the impact of information technology and partnership on both supply chain management capability and performance of supply chain management. 　The major findings of this study are as follow: (1)Degree of Information technology implementation of enterprise would positively predict closeness of partnership. (2)Closeness of partnership would positively predict supply chain management capability of enterprise. (3)Degree of Information technology implementation of enterprise would positively predict supply chain management capability of enterprise. (4)Supply chain management capability of enterprise would positively predict supply chain performance of enterprise.
