The flat flame burner could produce a even flame which attaches above the outlet of the burner and would not be distributed by the approaching bottom of the pans down stream the flame. Therefore the burner size and the distance between the exit of two burners is relative important to the geometry. For simplifying the problem of flat flame burner, in this research, we used two retangular burner to investigate the effects of the distance between two burner on the temperature distribustion, flame structure and operation range of the premixed flame burners. The results show that when the two burner move closely to each other, the two premixed flame will reject mutually. The heat loss of this phenomenon will be reduced and the heat of combustion will be centralized between the two offset flame sheets. When the two flames’ post-flame contact each other, flames start to interaction. As the two burners keep approach, the flame would be stable in the inner side and blow off in the outer side. In other words, the mutual interaction increases the operation range. Yei-Chin Chao 趙怡欽 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
