Therefore, it is implicit to investigate the characteristics of micro injection molding .This study is to understand the effect of rapid heating system on the micro-injection molding . The micro feature was made with the UV lithography technology and the nickel-alloy mold insert material was made by micro Electroforming. The result shows that the injection quality can be improved by the aid of rapid heating system. Also cavity temperature sensor indicates that the temperature of the mold is needed to be higher than the glass transition temperature to have a complete molding.
